1. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious experience.
2. Manage resident inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Coordinate and assist with resident events, amenities, and services to enhance community engagement.
4. Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring security protocols are upheld.
5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of local attractions, services, and dining options to offer personalized recommendations.
6. Handle package deliveries and coordinate with residents for efficient distribution.
7. Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to uphold the property's pristine appearance.
8. Act as a point of contact for emergency situations, following established protocols to ensure resident safety.
9. Create and maintain a positive and hospitable atmosphere in common areas.
10. Keep accurate records of resident interactions and service requests.

1. Previous customer service experience.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
6. Familiarity with local attractions and services.
7. Professional appearance and demeanor.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
